This is a great potato recipe. Try using it for friday night instead of potato kugel. I like to make this before a fast. It is very filling and my children love it.

Yael, I made this for our Purim seudah and gave a pan of it to our Rov. What a hit! It is filling and delicious.
shiradye, 2011-03-21
Do you think it will taste good if i freeze it fresh and then before Seuda i put it directly in hot oven?
pippa, 2012-03-01
I am not sure. I have never done that. Might be better to bake it, freeze and then defrost in the oven.

i made this for shabbat, delicious; i figured that you can substitute flour for potatoe flour and add it to pesach recipe book, it's even non gebrokts!
pippa, 2012-03-03
As I said before, we love it.

How can I make this for Pesach? Matzah meal or cake meal? Same measurements as the flour? Thanks
