When you think about professional school you don't think food. But then again when you think professors you don't think Naomi Nachman. Naomi started the Kosher Culinary Institute in the JCC of the Five towns, where she teaches cooking not only in her home base of the Five Towns, but all over the tri-state area, sunny Florida, and in all four corners of the world, including Israel and her native land of Australia.
Naomi defies the old saying, "Those who can do, those who can't teach." If you want to taste Naomi's delicious delicacies you can get Shabbos & Yom Tov meals fresh from her personal chef enterprise or if you are far away Naomi is willing to fly anywhere to cook your meal.
Naomi's passion to teach cooking extends to the summer months where she teaches culinary arts at Camp Dina to an enthusiastic group of budding chef's.
