Chaya's Cheese Cake

Introduction:I first tried my friend Chaya's cheese cake on Pesach (using crushed ladyfingers as the base and topping) and my family has been addicted ever since! Serve warm or room temperature with a dollup of sour cream and berries on top.

Helpful Hints:On Pesach, I use option 1 (no sour cream topping) and cover this cake with a double aluminum seal to bake it. It comes out delicious. I use 2 boxes of crushed ladyfingers, which I calculated out to be around 48 cookies and only 1 stick of margarine.
