Estihana Kosher Asian Restaurant and Kosher Sushi Bar in Manhattan was a pioneer in Kosher Sushi and was one of the first Kosher Sushi restaurants in New York.  Estihana has an authenitc sushi bar and its menu includes Japanese and Vietnamese favorites.
