Description:The teriyaki fish and the "peach"chicken are quick and easy to make, even erev Yomtov. The knishes freeze well, so can be made in advance and warmed up. The vegetable soup, can be made the day before, if desired. The pear compote, which can also be made in advance, is healthy and light, after such a long meal with so many courses.

Helpful Hints
Serve salmon on a bed of lettuce, and the potato knishes with mushroom sauce, for a pretty and tasty presentation. You can also add starfruit slices to the chicken, before baking, for a Shehecheyanu. You can leave some carrots whole, to use as simanim, if desired.
