Description:Start off with this delicious baked salmon. You can serve the carrot salad on the side, and have it in mind for the simanim. The tasty zucchini soup also has one of the simanim, but it's pureed, so you cannot see the zucchini. The main chicken dish, is simple yet fancy enough for a simcha, and the potato "mushrooms" add an elegant touch. The mock Yerushalmi kugel is much easier to make than the authentic recipe, and is sweeter, to please kids' (and adults') palates. End off with a flourish with a gorgeous and mouth-watering dessert: Tofutti Peanut Butter Pie! Then take a bow to rave reviews...
