Description:We dont usually eat 3-courses but when i have guests i try to serve something fancier so this is what i have come up with for my guests this week:
I will Serve the deepfried mushrooms with pitta and a small bowl of coleslaw on the side (goes well with mushrooms). Then onto a bowl of soup (hoping its not tooo hot!).
For main course I wont make something to heavy so Im sticking to chicken and just a small corn salad because I will still want them to have room for chocolate mousse dessert and fruit soup :-)
