Description:This is a grouping of some of my most popular recipes. It includes many of the simanim, including carrots, squash, leek, beets, dates, pomegranate and blackeyed peas. Note: save lots of the leek-mushroom sauce for tomorrow night on the beef wellington!

Don't forget to start with apples dipped in honey!

I always like to add raisins to my challah recipe and braid them into round challas.
