Description:The Cranberry roast can be made way in advance, sliced and frozen in its sauce. The apple lukshen kugel and ice cream sandwiches, can also be made a week in advance and be kept in the freezer. The refreshing cherry soup and marinated salad can be made the night before, and the salmon tastes best made Erev Yomtov. This way it will still taste good for a "3 day" Yomtov.
