Description:Start your seuda off with a delicious challah (with raisins). Next course is beef pinwheels, served with a leek-mushroom sauce. For the soup, we have a hearty mushroom barley. For the main course, we are serving honey mustard cornish hens, along with green beans almondine (if you don't eat nuts, omit the almonds), a light and colorful carrot salad and zucchini kugel. And for the piece de la resistance, Karen's famous Strawberry Shortcake.
