Tomato Basil And Sweet Corn Soup
Loaded with the delicious fresh flavors of summer, this soup is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Look for produce that is unblemished, plump, and smells farm-fresh. Don't forget to serve it with a crusty slice of bread for sopping up every last drop.

You may want to re read your directions and make the following change: "Drop tomatoes in and cook for 90 seconds or until the kinds begin to peel off the tomatoes." It is the SKIN that will peel off.
