This frozen dessert is heaven! Not for dieters...
1 (8 ounce) package tofutti cream chees
2 cups confectioners' sugar ( I put one cup)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (3/4 of 16oz container, or 1 1/2 8 oz. containers)
2 chocolate graham cracker crusts or 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
