All you need is 1kilo goulash and some root vegetables to create a great complete dish for all year round - weekday, Shabbat lunch, Chagim, even Pesach. You don't even have to be exact with any of your ingredients
 
Ingredients
Bit of flour
1 Kilo goulash
2 large onions
750 grams carrots
Red and green pepper
10 potatoes
Osem beef and chicken powder
(feel free to insert any root vegetables you have lying in your refrigerator!)

Helpful Hints
The secret to most good stews like this one is to oven cook them, the taste envelopes the whole dish!
i also added tomatoe paste to the one in the picture.
