Chocolate Bread Pudding
Chocolate bread pudding is a great way to use up leftover Challah or bread you have in the freezer. Skip the french toast this week and make bread pudding instead!
6 cups challah bread cut or torn into 1/2 inch pieces
2 1/2 cups almond milk
9 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, at room temperature
1 cup white sugar
7 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
32 ounces Rich's Whip (Optional), defrosted

Helpful Hints
You can also make individual bread pudding's using oven safe ramekins. Grease 8 ramekins as directed above, and reduce baking time to 35-40 minutes.
