This recipe is perfect for a crowd because you can double/triple/quadruple this recipe and make trays and trays of this mouthwatering recipe. I have a crowd coming for lunch the first day of Rosh Hashana and I know this will be a HUGE hit--it is even better when it is reheated!

3 tbsp za’atar
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cups dried apricots and pitted prunes)
1/2 cup of merlot or cabernet
kosher salt, to taste
1/3 cup honey
