Biscofflotus Cream Eclair Cake

Like a giant boston cream eclair but instead of custard and chocolate I used lotus spread for the filling and glaze. DELISH.
I made it parve so substituted margarine for butter and rich's whip for cream.

Helpful Hints
See the website for how the cake should look once baked - I spread the batter out too much so it was thin and huge rather then tall and smaller. So make a smaller circle but large dollops of batter.
I therefore just cut the circle in half and made it a log instead of a beautiful circle.

Crust is from here - http://www.throughherlookingglass.com/boston-cream-eclair-cake/
