Ingredients
Muffin:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 packet baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 grams) light brown sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
about 4 small apples, or two very large apple

Caramel:
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup of Rich's not whipped

Helpful Hints
Can put cranberries or nuts on top but you have to do it quickly as the caramel hardens.
