Apple Kugel
This apple kugel has been in my family for a long time. Every time it was made, we tweaked the measurements until it was perfect. What is great about this kugel is that the more you heat it up, the better it becomes, which makes it great for Sunday night shabbos leftover supper.

Ingredients
6 apples (ideally cortland)
1/2 c oil
1c sugar (or 1/2 sugar, 1/2 splenda)
1c flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
cinnamon

This was delicious and so quick. I found though that 6 apples were way too much - the batter didnt even cover it all. I had to make another one to serve my guests but the first one was eaten by my family within a few hours!

Glad you enjoyed!

This was so amazing! I have to admit that I ate a 1/4 of it before I even got to serve it on Shabbos!

Yes it should come with a warning label!
