This is a great recipe without creme!
Although it calls for Fettuccine, any pasta will work.
 
Ingredients
8 ounces fettuccini pasta
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups skim milk
2/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
