I do not remember where I got this recipe from but I made it for the first time during the nine days. It tasted very good but was light so accompanied pasta or fish well.
 
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
3 large red onions, sliced thinly
3 springs thyme (If do not have, leave out)
1/2 c (dry) red wine
salt and pepper, to taste
1 can (parve) chicken broth/ prepared chicken consume
2- 1/4c water
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
4 slices baguette and mozarella cheese (for dairy option)
