Creamsicle Ice Cream

Growing up, my favorite ice cream was the creamsicle from the good humor truck. Many years later my friend, Chavie, gave me this delicious recipe that brings back my young girl memories. Thank you, Chavie.

Ingredients
1 non dairy creamer
8 tablespoons orange powder
3 eggs, separated
1 whip topping
1/2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/2 cup sugar

Helpful Hints
(I made this into a roll. First time ever, I experimented. It came out pretty as you can see in the picture.)
I poured all the orange into 2 baking pans covered with parchment paper and froze. Then I poured the ice cream part over the two orange and froze again. I took it out a few hours later and let it defrost for about 10 minutes. I rolled it up, pulling the parchment paper away and froze. This melts very quickly so you have to do this fast and also, serve straight from the freezer.
