This is a kind of sweeter soup. You can either leave the onions in rings or blend the soup and it's smooth and creamy. I loved both options but my kids preferred the smoother version.

Ingredients
5-6 medium onions
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
9 cups cold water
3 tbsp onion soup mix (osem)
salt and pepper to tase

this recipe has a typo....9 cups of flour should be 9 cups of water. hope no one followed this recipe!!it would probably be onion challah.
