Helpful Hints
I wanted it parve so used marg instead of butter and rich's whip instead of evaporated milk.
also i don't like pecans so just used chopped cooking chocolate.
I didn't want the brownie base to be too cakey so i only used 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
finally i think the frosting needed less icing sugar as i found it too thick to spread on the hot marshmallows so warmed it for a few seconds in the microwave to make it runnier.

otherwise was delish!!!!! everyone loved it - it is very rich though so slice thinly!

i have a pan with a removable bottom but the sides are very shallow, do you think that will work? How tall do you think the sides need to be?

that's fine - the place where i found the recipe said you could a flanpan which is quite shallow so it's fine. the brownie is quite a thin layer and then the marshmallows will just sit on top - so whilst the picture makes it look quite tall shallow sides will still work
