Ingredients
1 kilo fish (White fish, carp, salmon, or any other of your choice, (but not filleted)
a bit of water to keep it moist
1 large onion, diced
a splash of vinegar
salt & sugar to taste
one bay leaf
pickling spices to taste
1/2 tsp Whole Pepper corns
