Helpful Hints
To make at a later time: Flash Freeze - after you’ve brushed them with egg and poked holes in them, place on cookie sheet that’s been covered with waxed paper – leaving a bit of room between each one so that it freezes evenly - (I stand the bureka on bottom part with crimped edges up, so that both sides will be able to freeze at same time) Leave till solid (about 1 hr) and put into ziplock freezer bag & freeze till ready to use.
Bake as above.
