I found this recipe while searching the web and it has become one of my children's favorite. It is quite easy with a very interesting taste.

Helpful Hints
I have tried this recipe with whole wheat flour (85%) with excellent results. I also us a pan that has ridges on the side and is a little hollow in the middle. I flip the cake over after is it cooled and then fill it. Sometimes I put a surprise under the whip cream (a layer of melted chocolate or chocolate chips etc) and my kids love trying to guess what is there.
