Mango Almond Salad With Honey Mustard Dressing
I used to call this Strawberry Mango Salad, but I mostly don't use fresh strawberries anymore (unless I cut off the whole peel- check with your Rav)
You can add whatever type of nuts you want, candied or plain. Feel free to customize with your favorite fruits.

Ingredients
package of iceber lettuce mix, checked
1/4 cup of almonds, pecans, or pine nuts
1 mango
1/2 cup craisins
1 small can mandarin oranges (or a fresh clementine when in season)
strawberries, if you use them, prepared according to your Rav
Dressing:
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tablespoon Oil (I've left it out, with no difference in taste)
1/4 cup honey or sugar
1/8 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
optional: salt, minced onions

Helpful Hints
Peaches can be substituted for mango. You can also add some fresh pineapple, or any other fruit of your choice.
