This is definitely the most requested dessert in this house. It does requires some work, but it is well worth it. The combinations are amazing and you will be rewarded with an over the top dessert. Don't worry if it breaks while rolling the ganache will cover it.

Helpful Hints
You can use any kinds of nuts. I have tried it with sugared nuts as well (like pecans and almonds and peanuts).

Can you use a chocolate mousse instead of vanilla? Or a coffee flavoured mousse? Do you think that would be a good combination? If so how would you make it?

I think it could work. Just make sure the consistency of the mousse is pretty stiff so I wont run all over.
