If you are looking for a delicious and out of the ordinary side dish, that has mushrooms, than look no further. This would be perfect for succos or any other Yom Tov. You can make them as individuals for a more elegant presentation.

Helpful Hints
You can make it with phyllo dough ( use a few sheets ) for a lower fat variety. You can make them individuals. Use puff pastry squares and put a tablespoon of filling inside. Bring the corners together and pinch. Put in on a baking paper or in a muffin tin (in order to hold the shape).

It is one package of flakey dough, I don't know how much it weighs since there are all different brands. I like to use the one that is a big rectangle. I put it on the blech/hot plate uncovered.
