One of my daughter's birthday is the day before Pesach. This year was her bas mitzvah and my son said we need to make a special seudah in her honor (we are planning to make a bigger celebration after Pesach). We needed a special dessert and when I found this, after a little tweaking, I knew it would be perfect (another daughter is an expert at rolling cakes). Keep it for next year, you will not be disappointed.

Ingredients
Cake:
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. potato starch
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. cocoa

Ice Cream:
5 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. coffee dissolved in tiny drop of water
2 Tbsp. ground walnuts

Glaze:
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 Tbsp. oil
3 tsp. boiling water

Coffee Drizzle:
1.5 tsp. coffee
1 Tbsp boiling water
1 Tbsp. oil
about 1 cup confectioners sugar

I clipped this recipe from the Ami or mishpacha magazine. I tried to make it, but messed up with one of the ingredients and ended up using the ice cream part as dessert. It was really good.
