how do u suggest to serve second day shavuot? will it keep nicely and fridge to reheat 2 days later?
pippa, 2012-04-27
I have never tried to do that but it should be fine reheated in an oven. Think of it like deli roll that is made Wednesday for Shabbos day meal. It will probably manage the same way.

I would imagine you could prepare it up until the cheese, and then morning of the second day you could sprinkle the cheese on and pop it in the oven -- if you plan to use your oven over y"t
