Peanut Butter White Chocolate Oatmeal Bars
One great recipe 3 ways. I made bars, cookies and even mini muffins. Of course everyone had their preference, but they all loved it. Big bonus: no mixer needed!
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks of margarine (227 grams)
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
4 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups white chocolate chips

Servings (bars)   recalculate
