1 frozen pie crust, baked according to package directions
1 small onion, diced
1 medium red pepper, diced in small pcs
4 small squash, scrubbed and diced in smallish pcs
salt, pepper, garlic powder- to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 heaping Tbs flour
1 T. milk
1 8oz pkg shredded cheese
