A marvelous recipe for Salmon with a tangy sweet and sour sauce. Salmon is high in Omega 3 which has many health benefits. Doctors say if you eat fatty fish such as Salmon three times a week , it is not necessary to take the Omega three capsules. This recipe will keep refrigerate for more than a week.
I got this recipe from my friend Ruchi Stern when I visited her in her home in Edison, New Jersey. Prepare it for family and guests - they'll love it. A welcome switch from the traditional gefilte fish
on Friday NIght Dinner.

Helpful Hints
Most people overcook fish. It's actually tastier when its cooked until opaque white and easily flaked with a fork. Baked or broiled fish should be served as soon as it is done , lest it dries out.

Pickling Spices are mixed assorted whole spices; not ground or powdered spices.
