This is the Favorite of, grand-daughters Esther and Yarden.

Chicken wings, chicken back (top and bottom) and neck
1 whole onion
3 carrots sliced
kohlrabi (cubed)
3 stalks of celery (well cleaned)
Zucchini (optional) sliced
garlic, salt, black pepper
Parsley root
parsley greens, dill and kusbara,

Helpful Hints
I use a potato peeler to remove the stringy layer from the celery stalks.
