Cappuccino Cheesecake

This beauty from food52 has an incredible blend of flavors, cappuccino in cheese cake and a cocoa infused crust, with whipped cream on top. We haven't tried it yet, but those who have loved it. It is rich but not overly so and it is gorgeous. If you try it let us know how it was. Should be made 24 hours before you need it.

Update: I made it for Shabbos breakfast and it got two across the board. I used regular coffee instead of espresso and everyone thought espresso would be overkill. This was perfect. Definitely a keeper. See our picture.
 
Ingredients
Crust:
5 ounces graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 ounces butter, melted
Pinch of salt

Filling:
1 1/2 pound cream cheese, room temp
5 large eggs, room temp
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder (can substitute coffee)

Topping:
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
12 chocolate covered coffee beans
Unsweetened chocolate for grating
