Mini Caramel Candy Cheesecakes
I love all things mini especially cheesecakes, and especially ones with a great topping. I used Milk Munch as the topping, but feel free to use any candy bar that you like (as long as it has caramel in it). This recipe is fairly easy to make (as long as you have the mini cheesecake pan which pops out the cheesecake) and presents beautifully.
1 1/2 cups biscuit crumbs (can use graham crackers)
5 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar

32 oz. cream cheese
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 jar (or more) dulce de luche (Ribat Chalav in Israel)
Milk Munch or other candy bar, chopped

Servings (mini cheesecakes)   recalculate

Can this recipe be made in a full sized cheesecake? Which type of cheese should be used for those in Israel?
yms, 2013-05-01
I think it could be made full sized. In Israel you can get (or make) your own.
