This is a great cookie to make all year round but I think it is perfect for Tu B'shvat since it has nuts and dried fruit (ok it also has chocolate which is why I love them). Feel free to experiment with different nuts and dried fruit. These cookies come out pretty large.

I am sorry about that . I adjusted the recipe. It should be 1/2 cup sugar.

Thanks yaelw, that was my quess yesterday as I made them. These cookies are wonderful! I used raisins instead of prunes and unsweetened coconut. The flavours blended beautifully. The texture is perfect.
