Wild Mushroom Saute
I love making this dish for Friday night. It is a light dish to complement the heavier kugels. If you have a mushroom lover in your house this is a great recipe to try.

I am your mushroom lover. But where in Yerushalyaim do you find these exotic mushrooms?

i would like to prepare this recipe for someone, can it be served cold or reheated without damage to quality of taste?
raizygr, 2011-03-16
It is best served warm, and it is no problem to reheat. I make it on Thursday and put it on the blech on Friday night and it is delicious!
