How do you bake? temp? for how long? is there a glaze you recommend??

This is a basic yeast dough; it's good for rugelach, babka, etc. So your baking time will depend on how large your final item is. We make babkas in English pans (long loaf pans) and bake for an hour. Rugelach would bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the size. Any glaze you like will work. I especially like the Maple-Pecan crunch recipe http://culinarykosher.com/recipe/4721 to fill this dough. Using that recipe, the glaze can be some honey smeared on top right after it comes out of the
