A great way to add some pizzazz to stir fry. I love making this for Friday night for the hot vegetable dish. Feel free to substitute corned beef for the pastrami.

Ingredients
1 red onion sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup sugar snap pead
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, julienned
1 yellow pepper, julienned
1 zucchini, julienned
6 oz, pastrami, cubed
3 Tbsp. oil

Sauce:
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
