Another great brisket recipe that is not too sweet. Everyone loved it. Don't leave out the ginger, it really adds a lot to the sauce.
1 brisket
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 onions diced and sauteed

Yes it is for powdered ginger. I think about 3 Lbs.
