While my husband likes brownies, he doesnt really consider them dessert. He changed his mind when he had this. I will be making this dessert a lot since it is easy, delicious and the presentation is beautiful.
 
Ingredients
Brownie:
7 oz. pareve chocolate (good quality, can use Rosemarie)
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate, caramel or nougat chips

Hot Fudge Sauce:
12 oz chocolate chips
1 cup margarine
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup

Helpful Hints
If you are using paper cupcake holders, release the brownie before putting on the sauce and whip cream. It looks great on the plate when you put whip cream on top of the brownie and pour some sauce on top of that.

can i put the fudge sauce on top in advance or it has to be right before i serve it? in other words how do i prepare it for shabbos? thanks

i put the fudge sauce on the blech before Shabbos and then put it on the brownie when I served it.
