This has become a succos minhag....yom tov is not complete without a piece of steaming hot vegetable strudel in our succah.
1 Onion
1 Container Mushroom
1 Courgette (Zucchini)
1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Puff pastry squares
1 Bag Frozen Veg. Mix

Helpful Hints
Because the strudel is hard to transfer to a tray once it is filled, place the pastry on the tray after rolling and then fill!

Do you roll it all the way, like a jelly roll? When you slice it, does the filling ooze out?

you roll it like a potato knish...basically fold each sideover and tuck under. The filling does most times ooze out but you just scoop it around.
