This recipe yields a delicious and moist banana cake that will make those banana cake haters into big fans! Bake in Bundt pan to impress your guests. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar.
 
Ingredients
• 2 ripe bananas
• ½ cup oil
• ½ cup orange juice
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1¾ cup flour sifted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup walnuts, chocolate chips or blueberries (optional)

It's very tasty! I also did not have all the ingredients, so I used pineapple juice instead of orange one, and add some coconut flakes into the mix... I wish I could post a picture, it came out awesome!
