Tiramisu Cheese Cake
I am a big fan of tiramisu, and I always order it whenever we go out to eat. I was looking for a good recipe that I could make for Shavous but marscapone cheese is not so readily available. I found this recipe while searching the web and made a few changes and it came out great. Of course we had to try it before I posted the recipe in order that it should pass the taste test. The family was very happy to oblige and eat it during the week! This is very easy recipe and I am sure you will love it.

what type of cheese do you use for cream cheese here in e"y?

I actually make my own cream cheese, it is so easy. There are brands here that are like cream cheese (i think napoletan) but they are a little expensive. You could also buy from your local bagel store.
