I live in Lakewood,NJ, I have 7 children b"Ih and have loved cooking since forever! (I am also a preschool teacher!) I have always enjoyed reading cookbooks (kosher & non) almost as much as novels and love to experiment in my kitchen.

The idea of my cookbook "Recipes Unplugged" was born one Succos when I had company and realized I had missed an entire meal from my prepared "menu". I managed through my library of cookbooks to put the food together, and from then the seeds were planted!
