I'm a full-time working mom. Cooking and baking is my expression of creative self. I love to prepare flavorful and visually delightful food. It's a treat to the senses!

I love chopping vegetables. On a bamboo cutting board. With a 5" Santoku knife. I find it therapeutic. Weird, I know. But some of my best ideas have come to me with knife to cutting board.

Baking is a passion. My family loves cakes, sweets and desserts. And I love to use them as testers!!
