Easy Roast Chicken

Introduction:This roast chicken can be either baked in an oven if you have a meaty one or be "baked" in a saucepan on the gas range if you don't have meaty oven. If you use a stainless steel saucepan the chicken skin will be very crispy and crunchy, if you use a non stick saucepan it will vary according to how much water is left. In the oven you just bake it till the time is up, in the saucepan it has to be monitered to make sure that it does not burn.

Helpful Hints:Iv'e made this recipe hundreds of timess, the last time I made bulk was for Succos so I still have 2 portions in the freezer
