Helpful Hints:Note: This tastes best eaten fresh. If you want to reheat it, cover just of the pan so it will not get soggy. (I actually tasted these two days later and they were certainly edible). Also the sauce will congeal when put away for the next day. Just heat to liquefy. Tip: I tested this using whole wheat pastry flour too in place of the potato starch, for during the year use. It came out amazing.
